First Issues Collectors Club (FICC)
This 1-frame (16-page) exhibit was prepared by Tim Balm for the May 27-June 3, 2006 World Philatelic Exhibition in Washington D.C. As WPE host, the American Philatelic Society requested each of its Affiliates and Societies to prepare a 1-frame exhibit that would showcase their club and attract new members. These exhibits were only for publicizing the clubs; they were not restricted to any specific format and were not judged.
